We prefer WIX-Design for the future, if possible to make the website WiX-ready;

We are a real estate company based in Vienna, Austria. Our company's main competences are planning, conception, development, erection, sale/renting and management of properties. "We make best quality for the best price" - with this motto TRENDHAUS offers living space in high quality in Austria as well as in other countries. Thereby the working area of our property development focusses on both new construction and attic extensions.

TRENDHAUS ist ein Komplettanbieter für Wohnimmobilien von der Vision, Konzeption, Entwicklung, Planung, Errichtung und Verkauf/Vermietung bis zur Hausverwaltung. „Wir bauen beste Qualität zum besten Preis“, unter diesem Motto bietet TRENDHAUS qualitativ hochwertigen, lebenswerten und nachhaltig gebauten Wohnraum sowohl in Österreich als auch in anderen Ländern an. Dabei konzentriert sich das Arbeitsfeld unserer Bauträgergesellschaft auf die beiden Kernbereiche Neubau und Dachgeschossausbau.

In the boxes “Must haves”, “Nice to haves”, “Should not haves” I’ve mentioned everything the designers need to know (font, colours etc.). AS I’ve received already some very good designs, there should be everything clear for the designers.

Bien d'avoir

• Our company font for titles - attached; Eventually other font for the text - better readable; We prefer WIX-Design for the future, if possible to make the website WiX-ready.
• It should be clear, that the font in the attachement should be used; the provided files are pictures of our interior designs and the logo; we expect creativity from the designers, so they should use the best pictures in their opinion.
