Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new consultancy business that specialises in turning strategy into action and getting the job done so the benefits can be realised rather than talked about in the clouds.
One of my offerings is to reduce waste and churn in a business by assisting them to find efficiency gains. I work with the people in the business rather than "do it it to them" so I leave the business in better shape from a human capital perspective - staff learn from the processes I use.
I love working with people and getting the best out of them.
The final design should convey energy, results and fun.
