With over 25 years experience in the class, Dan brings an unparalleled expertise in the development and management of profitable books of business. owner has created and built the largest independent agency solely dedicated to the Social Services class. CFO has substantial experience and accomplishments building an infrastructure combining superior skills in Insuretech and high powered finance. Joining forces, these three executives have formed Signers National.

Combining the three key elements as foundational bedrock of the enterprise - Underwriting, Business Acumen, and forward thinking IT strategies & mechanisms - the resulting company will fill an underserved portion of the industry and capitalize on a weaknesses and vulnerabilities of competing carriers and programs. The business will have these characteristics as it's core principles:
• Always deliver significant underwriting profit to it's carrier partner
• Capitalize on significant relationships with producers through the creation of limited exclusivity and mutually beneficial commitments
• Commitment to continual improvement in efficiency and data functions through implementation of and dedication to ongoing development of Insuretech processes.

Far from being a traditional "Start-up", the company will be funded by the infusion of a book of business emanating from Insurance broker to the tune of $10,000,000. This book of business will be skimmed from the more than $150,000,000 of controlled broker business, handpicked by Dan in order to establish a solid foundation of profitable business, meeting certain underwriting requirements. In addition, the company will benefit from the use of the existing infrastructure built by CFO, which is far superior to those used by traditional Administrators and Carriers.
