Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for a lawfirm. Colors navy blue and perhaps a little yellow/gold, but needs to be able to print well in black and white as well. Will be used on website, letterhead, etc. Looking for a graphic of the letters "FDL" and the words "Foothills Disability Law," ideally a graphic of "FDL" with the words "Foothills Disability Law" either underneath or to the side, whatever works. I envision the letters FDL either within a rectangle or possibly a circle, but no other more involved graphics. If "FDL" does not work well, the logo may consist entirely of the words "Foothills Disability Law" in a rectangle or circle.
