Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called "HazTime". We are an online marketplace/platform that sells spare time. We want some sort of iconography (e.g. for an App Logo). It should be fun and recognisable/distinctive and easy to 'read' (ie nothing too complex).
We like bold colours and don't like gradients.
The "haz" is not to do with hazards but rather a play on the word "has". It was inspired by "i can has cheezeburger"

Have included an image of the previous business name. We are rebranding to ensure better / easier spelling of the name.
