Brief de Design de Logo

I need two separate logos (attached) integrated into one. The overall company is Community mortgage and the underlying company is Crump Mortgage. Crump is a division of Community Mortgage, but it has a more commanding logo. I do not want to diminish the Community logo in any way.
The Community circle needs to stay original. Crump's need to conform to Community's but retain some kind of brand identifiers.
