Hi folks, thank you for your logos so far! I'm new to Design Crowd, so thank you for your patience here :) I've tried giving you all individual feedback, but there are some common ones that I will now update the briefing on:
1) Picture these logo's on a real estate sized sign on a properties lawn with our website, phone number and tag line on it. We want to make sure that people know we are a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY vs. just seeing the iGenius name. Many times they will be driving by in a car.
2) Would like to see the tag line incorporated too in the design. "Solutions for Tenants and Owners"
3) In case people don't see the words Property Management or our slogan, it is great to have portions of the logo reflect a house, a key, a key hole, a lightbulb, etc. so they know we manage properties and there are smart solutions from us.
4) Font - not looking for over the top Uber modern, square, bionic, fonts. When we said Apple Inc. or Spotify, we would like to stay with those round bold impactful fonts where possible.

We are liking the logos that are coming out of this group / contest, so we just GUARANTEED THE PAYMENT OF THE CONTEST! Thank you for all your work on this so far!

A reminder that the colours we are leaning towards now are yellows and grey, maybe a bit of white and or black.

Slogan of "Solutions for Tenants and Owners" needs to be a part of the logo :)

Sent out feedback for changes and looking forward to seeing them so we can poll our peer group :)
