Brief de Design de Logo

Hi
I am looking for logo design for my custom home building company,
also we do specialize in European high end cabinets and millwork installation,


would like to have this logo elegant, super modern with western touch since I do run my business in western Canada that is why i want this modern version of roaring bear head in my logo, (maybe put in O in my Pivotal ) - not sure- but I am open for suggestions, I think i want it in red and black or different color scheme that would look good applied on my Toyota truck which is metallic bronze - see pic-
