Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo designed for a new Bail Bond company. I'll use it for letterhead, website header, etc. www.WeBailBond.com (Right now I just have text where the logo will be displayed). I prefer logos that are more horizontal than vertical as they fit better into web headings and on letterhead. Speed is critical in the bail bond industry so I'd like something that depicts quickness... shows we're FAST. You could also incorporate some jail-related item in some form; i.e. handcuffs, shackles, etc. Maybe even a little mascot looking character that we can give a name to and use in our marketing. Nothing clip-art like though please.
