Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a new company based in Auckland, New Zealand called "Active Insight". I specialise in strategic planning for sports and recreation activites. I deal mainly with professional organisations and have very little, if any, direct engagement with the public. The name for the company was devised around the definitions of the two words in relation to the sports industry. Active meaning engaging in physically energetic pursuits or particular activity and Insight meaning the capacity to gain an accurate and deep understanding. I am happy with the use of any colour, or just black and white. The final design should communicate sports and activity along with a professional dynamic.
