You can design whatever you see fit. I don't want to limit your design process. If you think images will help that's cool too.

Thanks for the reply and had 2 more doubts.

1) You wanted to remove the option for a 6 month contract.
For example, Individual/Partner/Family memberships each have 6 month contract under Silver option (top table).
Do you want me to completely remove the "Silver 6 Month" and only leave with Bronze, Gold and Platinum plans ?

2) At the bottom also Paid in Full (3 months, 1 year) for both Silver and Gold.
As mentioned 3 months will be removed but do we need to have both Silver and Gold (1 year) plans at the bottom or only Gold 1 year plan has to be at the bottom ?

At the bottom there are three month and one year paid in full plans. That is where they pay in advance for either 3 months or one year. I want to remove the three month paid in full and leave the one year option. Then put that as the platinum plan. Then the silver would be the 12 month plan and gold the 18 month plan.
