Brief de Design de Logo

I require a logo design for my brand new startup, Australian Human Resource consultancy called 'Aligned Tribe.' I am based in Sydney with a view to grow globally down the track. I help small business owners recruit, train and retain their people more effectively with a focus on teamwork, aligned values and inclusive cultures giving everyone the opportunity to 'bring their whole selves to work'. I would like a design that embodies a tribal/spiritual feel e.g tepee images. Ideally, the letter A should be the feature of the words Aligned Tribe and it should be included in full underneath or to the side. I would like to see designs with the colours green and orange. I am open to designs that also include other complementary colours if you feel that adds to the design. The overall design should communicate warmth, positive energy, inclusion, simplicity and professionalism but remain fun and vibrant (not like a stiff corporate!)
