Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for an online recipe index website. I want the default logo size to be 32px in height. Width doesn't matter. I want an .eps file and would love if you could also deliver the final product as an SVG-and I prefer the vector graphics to be in a coherent layer order- to allow for possible svg animation.
