Brief de Design de Brochure

We need a brochure design for our engineering consulting business. We basically deal with ground-related works (i.e. foundations, drill rigs, excavators, road embankments...etc). We have two main aspects of our work. They are as following:
1- Design Services: this is related to office work like calculations, drawings and engineering tools and software.
2- Construction Support Services: outdoor work where we go to construction sites and supervise and watch the projects being built onsite.
3- Ground investigations where we test the ground to know how strong it is for building

We are after a simple but yet very attractive brochure to suit both office-minded people and construction-minded people. We have prepared some symbols that we would like to use on the brochure in addition to the attached photos. Those are symbols we created so please, do not use them on other projects.

The winning design the one that would succeed in reflecting professionalism, trustworthiness and helpfulness. Please remember, we make money out of engineering ADVICE and KNOWLEDGE.

Our logo is also attached. Include blue colour please. Also A4 single fold please.
