Brief de Web Design

Welcome Home Serviced Accommodation is a new company aiming to attract customers who need temporary accommodation (2 days to 6 months) in city locations.

Our customers make considerable savings on longer stays compared to hotels, and have all the creature comforts of home including super-fast WIFI, comfy beds, full kitchen and modern, yet comfortable, furniture.

Another key feature of the design is a page to attract "Partners" who "Work with Us" by allowing us to manage their properties and becoming part of our network of accommodation units. The website design should work on all devices and screen sizes, and lend itself to a mobile app.

We would like to see website designs that are modern and simple, with a strong brand logo. The final design should communicate "Home From Home" and aim to attract professionals away from home on business for long periods of time.
