Brief de Design Wordpress

We need a website design for a strata management company based in Sydney Australia. We provide strata management services to the local strata titled buildings. We have got logo and website contents(copywriting) completed. And we have got a basic layout and framework developed based on wordpress. Now we need someone who specialize in wordpress to help us optimize the website to be a professional looking and SEO friendly site. Please refer to the following URL for the current layout. Please note the website is going to be in both English and Chinese . Need to have the backend for both English and Chinese website provided by wordpress. (I can do the translation in Chinese if you need something to be translated on the coding part) We will also provide the contents translated in Chinese. The website needs to have clear navigation and uprunning smoothly.

We have paid for coding package as well. Please do necessary coding if required to make the website look professional and work smoothly without bugs.
