Brief de Design de Logo

We require a logo design for a holiday rental home in the Hunter Valley that will be the first of many holiday homes located around Australia.

This particular home is called “Vista One” and the logo should incorporate this text somehow.

The home is located at The Vintage golf club and estate at The Hunter Valley. The outdoor entertaining area overlooks a custom built professional putting green in the back yard and also the 1st green of The Vintage golf course. Hence, the property name is a play on these key features – “Vista One” (View of the 1st Green) .

The architect designed house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor entertaining areas, 6 televisions, dedicated putting green and cosy courtyard with outdoor gas operated firepit.

The house will appeal to golfing groups of 8 golfers as well as friends and families that are visiting the Hunter Valley for weddings or to attend major concert events.

Future holiday houses in the Vista portfolio (and their respective logos) will leverage the word “Vista” but the second word will be customised to reflect the location or key features of the house, e.g. Vista One, Vista Seaspray, Vista Downtown, Vista Snowgums, etc.
