yes i know its allot of work for not much money, truth is also i don't have that much money.

I undertsand. It's a common problem. Bigger if you consider that the winner of your contest gets 60 -15% dcrowd fees...

For real 60 - 15% thats just a rip off, i wish i could pay for designs but at least i figured a good designer might be able to do 5 minimalistic works in 3 hours. i selected the 99$ pack thinking 33/$ an hour is not the best hourly rate but if that gets cut down to 15 - 20$/ hour thats not cool
