Brief de Design de T-shirt

I will have a number of this kind of project for the winning designer but basically I am producing a range of text / basic imagery based joke / fun t-shirts and am looking for someone to turn them from a basic concept (which I will mock up) into something that looks like a really cool / fun professional t-shirt. This is a trial project but there are plenty more for the person / people who can execute this one well.

The concept of the t-shirt is that on the front it is meant to look like a serious "Internet Porn Is Absolutely Disgusting" message that you may get from a very conservative person but on the back the punchline is "...That's My Story and I'm Sticking To It" with a box of tissues. I have attached a very crude mockup of the concept but it is vital that the designer understands the joke and the importance of the box of tissues to the delivery of the punchline. The majority of the ongoing projects will have this sort of cheeky joke concept.

The text must be clear for people to read so for that reason I am not looking for anything overtly artistic / creative that causes the message to be lost. I am just looking for something that looks cool and professional so the joke is clear and the shirt doesn't look homemade. I don't want anyone looking at the shirt and going "funny slogan but it looks homemade". People need to look at it, laugh and say "where did you buy that?? Great shirt!" It cannot look like i made it in 5 mins on powerpoint like the mockup does.

At the same time it is vital that the joke isn't lost in making it cool / designy. I have given it to a couple of freelance people and they just haven't grasped it. They have overcomplicated the design (presumably to show off their flair with fonts / imagery) and lost the simplicity of the joke. It has been overcomplicated to the point where the joke doesn't land. The winner will understand the joke and just get it. I should be able to deliver a mockup like the attached and they just get it, go off and make it look professional / cool and ready to sell. I am 100% happy to answer questions / give feedback etc. As mentioned, I am looking for a designer for many similar ongoing designs so if that interests you then please give this one a go.
