Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design that is whimsical, simple and will present well in various forms: an explainer video, website, business card, blog, power point presentation and pdf document. Initially, I will be presenting to high schoolers. Need something fun! I prefer an animated figure (I've uploaded an example). Notice the dollar sign in "Mr. L'$ (my one lame but significant contribution to the design process :).
MR. L'$ GREEN GUIDE: Building Wealth. This quick-reference guide is intended for anyone who earns a paycheck. I'm targeting millennials and younger, providing a clear recipe for building wealth.

ALERT: After sharing some of the designs with my target market, some of them like a clean look. So in addition to the cartoonish logos, I am open to other type of designs as well. Thanks
