Brief de Design de Logo
Redesign of an existing logo for www.showmemaps.com. This is a mapping application used to create city and town guides, directories, travel diaries, guides etc. You can learn more about the application and see the existing branding at www.ShowMeMaps.com.
We want the logo to be designed so that we can use the "ShowMe" part separately we can but the full logo should include the words ShowMe Maps.

While we have not had an opportunity to provide detailed feedback to each designer we did wish to communicate that we are very pleased with the quality of the work we are receiving. Great job and always a pleasure to see the talent which exists.

- Clean and modern design that will stand the test of time. Not too complex. Should use fresh and energetic colour(s). We are open to changing the existing scheme but only if the design submitted is better.
- The design needs to work in full colour, greyscale, and black and white and needs to be VECTOR format! Full copyright must be assigned to the client and the logo cannot be used in any online portfolio by the successful designer.

- We used directional arrows in the original because ShowMe Maps is about "showing" people what is available in a place and because it incorporates Google Streetview we wanted to suggest that people can virtually look around in all directions. We are open to new ideas.

- Nothing too comlex and probably colours should not be too dark as we want the feeling to be fresh and exciting.
