This sounds like an interesting project that I would like to work on, but unfortunately the payment is not guaranteed. Making the payment guaranteed will draw higher quality designers giving you a better chance at receiving more quality submissions. Guaranteeing the payment shows that you are serious which means the designers will be more serious as well. If you decide to guarantee the payment please let me know.

We are serious about getting a new logo but do not want to guarantee the project in case we do not get a logo we are happy with. We are a small municipal course on a tight budget. I would say that I am very happy with the early submissions and the payment will most likely go out.
