But before proceed I must say something about your budget.
Do you know that Design Crowd will charge the winning designer a 15% on the whole amount as a service charge. After that the budget become very low.

And from your brief I understand that you are looking for someone who can design and develop the whole website under SharePoint platform, which is a .net based Microsoft platform. believe that you whole project should cost minimum 850-1000.00 USD,be cause you know to develop a site in a particular .NET based platform requires high amount of working hours, as well as experienced developers.

If the budget is for the design of the home page in a layered Photoshop file then its is absolutely OK. But if you looking for whole development then we are sorry.

So please reconsider your budget or final deliverable.

We are not looking for a whole site development with .NET, but we want the design to be provided in a SharePoint Master Page. Please let me know if you still feel that the budget is low?

Hi Sir,
Its great to have your reply.
The real incident is that when we are going to make the design in share point master page then we need to do the following:
1. design the homepage in Photoshop.
2. Slice it and converted to HTML/CSS
3. The once coder will be needed to implement the design in the share point master page.
So there will be a minimum hours needed and at least 3 guy will have to assign for this job.

I thin if you like our design then increase the budget as it will be profitable for both of us.
