Brief de Design de Logo

I need a new logo for our janitorial service. I chose the name Queen City Janitorial because we live in Springfield, Mo which is known as the Queen City of the Ozarks. Janitorial is in the name but we actually do lawn care as well, I would like the new logo to be interchangeable depending on how I choose to advertise each part of the business. The name of our lawn care business is Queen City Lawn Care.

Mostly commercial businesses. Small and larger office buildings, churches, factories, banks. We cater to businesses who want weekly cleanings, every night cleanings, monthly cleanings. We never make any company sign a contract, we are a contract free janitorial service. Locally owned and operated since 2002.

• This new logo that I choose will be on LED billboards in my hometown. I would like a logo that will become recognizable because of all the repetitious views it will get by people driving by the billboard.
• Feel free to show me all colors, I lean toward blue but I can persuaded differently with another color. You are the experts, what colors grab the attention of the customer?

• If possible we would like the new logo to be interchangeable with the other part of our company, Queen City Lawn Care..
• Even though we are locally owned and operated I want it to have the feel of a successful franchise.
• We like color blue but we are mostly leaving that up to the designer.
