Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo for my business. I have my own financial planning firm and would like something to go along with just the name of the business. My office is in the Northwest part of Wisconsin and in a fairly small town (16K people.) I will attach what I currently use for my logo. If you are able to provide options w/ and w/o my taglines (shown in the attached logo) I would appreciate it. We currently use a deep red in our logo. The logo should convey strength and a sense of community.
