READ ALL OF THE BELOW BEFORE STARTING:

Kasa is a second generation, personally owned and managed, commercial property management company in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Canada. We are NOT a real estate company, we lease our own commercial properties and also have investments/partly own multi purpose businesses in Alberta.

The chosen design will be going on coveralls, t-shirts, overalls, jackets and toques for personal use. This branding will be used to advertise to Tenants and the community know who we are when at location for site visits or to perform maintenance. We will also be putting the logo & trademark on signage at our head office location, business cards, and letter heads.

• Kasa is growing and we are now needing some branding. Since our name is used for multiple business types we would like to see the following,
• - A new Trademark designed by you the designer with our name Kasa
• - Include a trademark and the name Kasa
• - Include a trademark and the name Kasa Group
• - Include a trademark and the name Kasa Financial (TC) Ltd.
• - Font type Black Chancery, or other similar fonts
• - Please include gray color shades
• - If you the designer find it tasteful please incorporating dark blues, red, orange, yellow or black shades for some pop effect.
• Please provide us with some different options and recommendations to choose from before our final decision. We want the designer to adopt a simple creative style design, that includes a symbol/trademark that convey a deeper meaning/connotation of sophistication, elegance, class, excellence, and service. This may be shown in the text you choose, Black Chancery, is our current font and would like you to choose a new one.
