Brief de Design 3D

I'm the owner of a BBQ catering business in Texas called Patriotic Pig and we're looking to build a barn to be used as a catering kitchen. We're planning on having a bar built on one corner of the barn and will have outdoor dining available using picnic benches.The outdoor dining will look just like a food truck park and we will park a BBQ concession trailer by the seating area for guests to buy food from. We will also have a stage for live bands or DJs. We will also need to have our smokers placed in an enclosure behind the barn which I've also attached a picture of. I've attached a picture of the barn that we're looking at building and what the popular food truck parks look like here in Texas. We also want to fly a large flag on the property since our theme is Patriotism. We'll also have other art and cool patriotic items spread throughout. We need to show a potential investor what our vision is so he can take it to the city in two weeks when they meet to discuss the development for a new area. I need something I can print out for him to take to the meeting and show them what our new BBQ restaurant will look like.
