Brief de Design de Logo

To create a logo for my very delisious BBQ pork ribs. I am looking for a creative, somewhat edgy logo to tell people about my BBQ ribs and just how good they are. They are bold and sweet at the same time. We make our ribs in small batches but want to increase our capacity as we go. We are looking to start doing private parties first, then catering larger engagements and eventually entering BBG contest to get a rack of trophies.
