Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company called first link. it is also a new management method.
The company First Link will provide organizations and business services that will help managers and employee to be in their best while working. First link will do it by giving them tools to be more aware and centered. to help them create a center inside of them, to listen to themselves in order to make better management and better decisions , in this lowed and busy environment.

First link means that workers should remember that the first link is to listen to themselves - to the inner thoughts.
Also first link means that first you should link to yourself and to your customers (inner ant outer) and than to act.
The company will give lectures, Seminars, Web Seminars and work one on one with employees.

The logo doesn't have to be the words first link. it can take only the graphic description of the idea with or without the initials.

The logo should be "Hi Teck" logo. The Final design shoud communicate "Teck" and inner listening.
