Brief de Design Vectoriel

Hello,
I am the new owner of the Meyers Building which used to be the Meyer's Department store in 1924. I need a vector image recreate of the original logo from a picture that I have. The horizontal line that has the "Department Store Greensboro, NC" I would like to omit and keep a solid fill.

Color option #1: Hex = #7199b9 RGB = (113, 153, 185)

Color option #2: Hex = #366c98 RGB = 054, 108, 152)

Note: the picture is old so please do not replicate the background noise. I would like a clean flat vector with the exact same font etc. (Basically trace it)
