Brief de Design de Logo

We are in need of a logo designed for our band, called The Founding. We are based in Michigan, USA, and we play Celtic-infused folk music. We have been performing for about two years and are currently undergoing a rebranding campaign, including a name change (we have been and are currently performing under the name Blarney Castle). We need a new logo that we can use to to promote our music online and on physical merchandise (t-shirts, stickers, water bottles, etc). I'm not an expert in logo design, so I need someone who knows the technical side of things (what file formats we will likely need, etc). We have a couple of design ideas, but are definitely open to creative input from designers as well. We are looking to transition to the new name publicly within a month, so fast work would be appreciated.

We want a logo that is timeless, but also fits within the folk music idiom. We are probably looking for some sort of serif or script font - not looking for a crisp corporate logo here. We want some sort of graphic element that fits with the music of the band - something that is not cheesy - and it could be abstract or concrete; but would also like to see variations that are text only. If you have an idea other We like the design of the attached logo from the band The Punch Brothers, though not necessarily the font. I've also attached some VERY rough hand sketches of what we have in mind which use a bell as a graphic, but we have received a lot of submissions with bells now and would like to see what else people can come up with. (Ignore the wagon in the one with the wagon, that's not part of it). If you use color, use very subdued tones. We will likely pick a winner that is b/w.

Also, it would be great to see some small, unique design elements in the text itself that shows it isn't just plain text. I'm thinking of logos like "The Who" how the letter H's connect, or in the text for the band Queen how the tail on the Q has been elongated. It would be great to see something subtle but unique like this incorporated into the text.

PLEASE AVOID: Overdone Irish artwork (no shamrocks, Celtic knots, Irish fonts). That's the sort of imagery that we are getting away from.
