Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo design for a commercial building and materials control inspection company based in Los Angeles. We perform on site building inspection for commercial projects and are typically hired by the engineering or architectural firm responsible for project design. The logo may be placed on everything from daily field reports, letterhead, company vehicles, safety vests and hard hats.
We are open to color schemes, but keep in mind that the background on a safety vest is orange or lime green/yellow. Logos with orange in them would have to be able to be changed to another color for the vests. Orange is not a non-starter, it would just have to be able to be changed when printed on a safety vest. We have also realized that logos placed above text fit on hard hats and safety vests best, aim for the logo to be almost as tall as it is wide, but if able to adapted to top or side that works too.
