Brief de Web Design

http://esepartners.com/ is the current website that we currently have however we are looking for a new design. We are really looking for something very close to apple's website. Expanding on that, we want our website to be very much like a software development company. Icon, and imagery driven with short descriptions is a plus unlike our current site. We want the site to be very clean, good subtle but power typography, and very modern. Colors we are looking to stay around a mainly blues and grays though we do value color input but please keep it toned down. Other sites that we like are:
