Brief de Design de Logo

I would like to see different ideas with a clock, and maybe a globe. The logo will be used on a website similar to ebay. It should that catches your eye with a professional look. I would like to see different colors schemes with the logo. Maybe include the words Permanent Change of Station. The plan is to use it in different states and countries. Maybe the picture of a globe inside a clock with the words PCS Time written in the middle. I am open for creative suggestions.
