Brief de Design de Logo

We need a character logo design for a new business that sells resume templates, called Brainy Resumes.

We only sell 1 type of product and it's very simple; a digital resume template and cover letter template which customers can download and use.

The logo design MUST include a custom hand-drawn cartoon character, next to the logo text. The character should have exaggerated features, to prevent it from looking too 'real'.

We don't want anything that is too cute, too 'real' or look too stock standard. Nothing that shows the inside of a brain as that's a bit scary.

Something like the following styles will also NOT be considered.

We would like to see cartoon designs of either a person, animal or robot that looks smart, brainy, clever etc. Glasses are cool. Something fun, quirky, and cheeky.

As for the Logo Text, it simply needs to complement the cartoon character. Fonts the website will use are Work Sans and Open Sans, but the logo doesn't have to use the same fonts. We're open to all ideas.

Happy to try different color choices too. At the moment, the only colors we've decided on is #DCAA2E as a highlight and/or CTA color.

The final design should communicate 'brainy' (or smart, clever etc.), modern, sophistication and professionalism at the same time. Nothing too serious, too corporate or too stiff.

• Open to all ideas, except for what's already noted in the project description about what we don't want the cartoon charctter to look like.

• We don't want the overall logo to be too cute, serious or corporate looking.
• The cartoon and the text should not be joined together in such a way that we can't use them separately (i.e. using the cartoon as the profile pic on Facebook).
