Brief de Design de Logo

I run a tech blog called The Back Room Tech (http://thebackroomtech.com/), which is very technical in nature and is mostly for computer geeks.

I have several other blogs that I run, which will give you an idea about what the dimensions for the logo. Basically, it needs to be wider and longer in length. You can check out the logos from my other three sites here:

As you can see, I have a different color scheme on each site. For this site, I want the color to be a darker shade of blue. I also needs the words "The Back Room Tech" in the logo.

I'm looking for something beyond just the text, so if you can add something geeky or tech related to the logo or change the letters in some way to indicate that, it would be great.
