Brief de Design de Logo

The logo I'm seeking is for my health and fitness brand. I am a personal trainer and hope to use this brand to enhance my status within the industry. It will be featured on my website, social media accounts etc. I would like it to be an instantly recognisable, simple, icon sort of design, maybe with EMPOWER text underneath. I like the idea of the M and P being highlighted in some way, since these are my initials, but this is in no way essential. It should be a very clean looking logo, that gives the impression of a modern, youthful, fun brand however I am entirely open to all sorts of approaches. My colour scheme is black/grey, lime green and white but I want it to be interchangeable so I can put it on different clothing designs.
Just like the ones below, there should be text, with a detachable icon which will feature on clothing and promotional material.
