1. About us: I’ve owned my own Company and sold it and understand the stress. "Dutton Business Advisory" is an independent corporate advisory firm, specialising in the provision of strategic and pre-transactional advice to its clients. We specialise in advising private companies, small listed companies and divisions of larger listed companies. Dutton Business Advisory was established by its current Principal with extensive “real” experience from his business career. Coming to us, client can maximise investment dollar, a solution to their business issue. As newly open, no previous logo has been produced.
We offer 2 products:
- Advisory services: divestment advice, business exit planning, and buyer acquisition advice
- Distressed businesses: liquidity issue solutions and owner/management conflict solutions
Main market is Australia.

2. Target audience: Age - +40 men, CEO, President, Managing Director, Owner, Principal, Vice-President, General Manager

3. Creative require: We would like a logo that is simple, easy to reproduce (to other giveaway in the future for example). Other factors:
- Okay for one colour
- No embroidery
- Standard biz stationary only
- Designer choose the font
- A very straight forward log
- Abstract mark is fine
