Brief de Web Design

We are a custom home builder in Wisconsin. Need a basic web page with a home page, About Us, Contact info, Gallery, and Testimonials page. Gallery will probably have sub-pages and each will have about ten pictures or less. I already own the domain and have web hosting through Wix, I just need the site built. Once the page is built I should be able to do the upkeep on it myself. If I need to add pictures or whatever.
