Brief de Design de Flyer

Hi I'm after a tri fold flyer for a smart repair business, there are two employees, myself and John. I have attached a scan of a flyer from another local smart repair business that pretty much ticks all the boxes for what I would like however I don't want to copy him 100% but the design and layout are perfect so don't want to steer too far away from them. It's a double side document. The files are called "Tri fold flyer design Outside.pdf" & "Tri fold flyer design Inside.pdf"

The size i possibly require as stated by vistaprint is as follows;
Full Bleed Size (starting document size)
282 x 219 mm
3331 x 2588 pixels
* Finished artwork should use the full bleed dimensions for best results.
Document Trim Size (final size after being cut)
279 x 216 mm
3295 x 2551 pixels
ive attached 2 templates (front and back) which vistaprint supply

Although if you see the uploaded flyer i like the look of the front page is staggered back slightly, I've found that the vistaprint Brochures come pre folded but if I get it printed as a double sided flyer I can fold them myself with the staggered front page,

I do not have an image of a car to use as used in the leaflet I've attached, I was hoping that is something that can be supplied but if not I can try source something.

Bien d'avoir

• If I can somehow have a picture including my paint van would be great if it can be fitted anywhere as it stands out around town so people may link it with seeing the flyer.
  
  I would like to have the QR code which I have attached the file for.
  
  Also somewhere mentioning that via my website a contact form can be filled out and a photo of the damage uploaded and sent.
