Brief de Design de Carte de Visite

We need a business card designed to promote the new direction of our company. Originally (for the past 12 years) we were a design-based marketing consultancy specialising in B2B. But now we are offering marketing consultancy to companies in the ecommerce business. We have expertise in this and operate three online stores ourselves and can provide warehousing and distribution services.
The new logo and business card should reflect this market - e.g. modern, technical, commercial but also creative!
Our current logo is too 'designery' and doesn't reflect the seriousness and professionalism of our current business. It also is very long and thin so doesnot work well in rectangular panels.
The name 'Brandmakers' comprises two parts - Brand and Makers and these parts of the word can have a different type font or colour. The 'Brand' element is the creative element while the 'Makers' part is the technical, businesslike part. We can also look at 'The Brandmakers Company' rather than just 'brandmakers.' We can also include the slogan 'Source, Sell, Succeed.' under the logo.
The address details for the card are 1 Hook Hill Park, Woking, Surrey GU22 0PX. We will also need an email address and phone number (details will be supplied later)
On the back of the card will be a list of services offered.
