Think of a strong looking forearm with a fist in the air with a kettlebell in the hand. The bell is big! The forearm and the hand are smaller in comparison but they still look strong enough to hold the big bell. The kettlebell hangs off the inside of the forearm. The handle of the kettlebell is in the fist.
