Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a logo design for a Financial services brokerage that deals with US customers.

WE DO NOT TRADE STOCKS OR WORK WITH PORTFOLIOS - arrows, graphs, etc should not be incorporated in the design. We are merchant capital lenders, meaning me sell loans. I wanted to clarify that as I absolutely did a poor job explaining what we do in the first breif!

The name of my company is Jellyfish Financial - I chose the name because its unorthodox, fun, and everybody loves jellyfish :)

We sell loans and financing business to business - so there needs to be an element of trust and integrity in the logo, but I also don't want it to be drab and boring!
