Hi there, a couple of questions for clarification purposes for myself.
You are looking for a two page layout and description for the boats? Like the image in the first example?
You then placed these in the Leather folder? so two 8.5x10 pages is what you are looking for?
Apologies if this seems a bit thick, but I just wanted to be clear.
Also one suggestion when presenting at the boat show is to put the page with the big feature image on the right hand side of the folder to draw in more people.

No issue- we are only looking for the feature page, currently the left panel as the window sticker on the right prints from our software for each unit.

What are the dimensions for the feature page?

It looks like in the example picture to be a square? Not sure if this is just the angle the picture was taken...
