i see ur description,what do u like or ur logo to be....some direction or theme we r in the dark hir

We want a logo that can stand on its own - recognised without necessarily using the company name.  Having some abstract link to mechanical /mining / teams in the graphic  could be effective.  Our business is providing people and teams and training to fix and maintain large mobile gear like dump trucks and excavators.
