Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based in Bangkok, Thailand called "Intelligent Ventures Corporation". There will be a number of ventures under this umbrella, including Educational Services, Pet Accessories and Picture Art.

The final design should communicate growth and innovation, success and positivism. Along with what you create for us, we did like the rainbow star effect in the attached document - can you do a logo for us in that theme maybe just to see what is possible ?
