Brief de Design de Logo

I want a new logo for my existing bar with a very unique theme. The bar is called " The Dog Bar". It is a bar that serves alcohol (no food) and the dogs can play off leash indoors and on the outdoor patio. Website : dogbarcharlotte.com so you can get a visual of the layout and our original logo. I am also wanting to incorporate the tag line within the logo. " Sit.Stay.Drink." (or any other creative tag line) black outline, black nose, maybe a red tongue, and a color on his collar?
My vision is to have a happy, goofy looking, floppy ear dog sitting, possibly just the outline of the dog holding either a beer bottle in his mouth or a martini/wine glass in his mouth? or holding a beer up in one of his paws like he is toasting.
My goal is to have a fun, catchy logo with fun tag line to use on apparel and marketing materials.
One logo that I like is for Salty Dog Cafe in Hilton Head, SC and their logo is cute on all of their apparel and dog items.
Colors I like are Royal Blue, bold yellow, bold orange, green
