Brief de Design de Logo

I am looking for a Logo for my 38 foot center consul boat. We use this boat for a couple different things, one to fish, especially for Mahi Mahi and secondly, to anchor up, hang out at a sand bar with family and friends for some cocktails and partying. I've named this boat the Bow Down but need a logo that I want to put probably on both sides of the boat more towards the back where it gets more narrow. The bottom part (hull of the boat) is a nice grey color.

The boat is a 38ft Jupiter
