Brief de Design de Logo

To convey the right image of our business to landlords, estate agencies corporations/large employers within the South West of England.
Our business provide quality fully furnished accommodation (including shared properties) to professionals working for specific industries in our region.

The tenants themselves will not interact much with us through our website; our logo/image is crucial while establishing relationships with landlords, estate agencies/agents (our suppliers!) and large employers (our targeted clients!)

The image we want to convey to landlords and estate agencies are of trust, professionalism, respect, quality, reliability, transparency yet modern, sophisticated and clean. Literally to impress both our suppliers (landlords) and dream clients (corporations)!

The logo would not have many colours and would simplify all the above in a simple yet memorable way.
We would prefer more neutral colours such as blue and silver or grey but we are open for suggestions from the designers for alternative colours or colour mix. As long as our image objective is achieved, we will be pleased to see design options.

Certainly avoid bright or extravagant colours or heavy in the eye colour mixes.

The logo/image of our company will be crucial to build trust and respect with landlords, estate agents and large employers even before we have met in person hence the high importance of having the right logo.
