Brief de Design Illustration

I have a youtube screen shot that I wish to make a vintage poster from.

It needs to be very striking and graphic looking "glowing reflective" 1950s 1960s feel. and also QUALITY QUALITY is the atmost requirement. this is a primary browsing task and the illustrator who is chosen will be requested to do 5 more in the very near future.
high res A2 is required. PSD or AI is acceptable.

Attachment A is titled (1) This is the screen shot image that will be illustrated.

Attachment B is titled (imgid38536) this is a clear image of the person for REFERENCE use only.

Attachment C is titled (5561) this is a french poster of the required STYLE
